It is fiber enhanced, single component, trowelable material. It is specifically designed for overhead and vertical repairs of concrete. HD 25 VO is a dry,cementitious product, only needing water for mixing. It can be for interior and exterior repairs, as well as below or above grade. HD-25 is also used as a structural repair for tunnels, bridges, and other concrete structures and precast concrete products such as steps, pipes, and beams.
