The Associated Pennsylvania Constructors (APC) Fall Seminar 2025 was held November 19-21 at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA. The event is an annual three-day conference for the Pennsylvania transportation construction industry, co-hosted by Associated Pennsylvania Constructors (APC), PennDOT, and the PA Turnpike.
